Football
Football was my first love in sports photography. The first game I ever shot was my high school’s spring football game at the end of my junior year, using a Canon EOS 2000D with a basic 75-300mm lens and rough camera settings. Since then, I’ve shot countless games. slowly upgrading my gear, and learning a lot along the way. Football has always been my favorite sport, I find it the easiest to visualize and get creative with—there’s something about the gear and intensity that makes players look like titans on the field. Most of the shots here are from spring practices during the 2025-2026 season, but I’ve also included a few from the early days of my career to show how far I’ve come, even if the editing and grain were rough back then. Toward the bottom, there are also photos from the NSB girls flag football team, which I covered for the yearbook, as well as a few shots of my little brother’s flag football team. Football photography isn’t just about tackle—it’s great practice to capture every form of the game.
